Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in hospitality or related fields preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- willingness to work extended hours as needed
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift with assistance

Job Duties
- be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and manage league communications
- assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- oversee and expand the center's Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality and training
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
