Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience in hospitality or related fields preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • willingness to work extended hours as needed
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurants

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and manage league communications
  • assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • oversee and expand the center's Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality and training
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
