Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some supervisory or management experience in shift work environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • Must treat all information as confidential
  • Possess tact to deal with all levels of situations
  • Ability to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Must complete a criminal background check
  • Ability to read, understand, direct, and carry out instructions in English
  • Must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have necessary immigration authorization
  • Ability to resolve problem situations with employees and passengers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some supervisory or management experience in a shift work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, understand, direct, and carry out instructions in English
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • Ability to treat all information as confidential
  • Possess tact to deal with various situations, client representatives, employees, and the public
  • Ability to resolve problems with employees and passengers
  • Must meet requirements to obtain a security-sensitive identification badge

Job Duties

  • Perform all duties of subordinate employees when necessary
  • Be familiar with all pertinent regulations
  • Schedule personnel daily and furnish copy to Account Manager
  • Obtain written approval for necessary use of overtime in advance
  • Monitor employee activity and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure employees follow all regulations and procedures
  • Check in/out sheets to ensure correct employee logging
  • Deal fairly and tactfully with employees while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with employees and client representatives
  • Make recommendations to Account Manager regarding personnel performance
  • Report safety hazards and equipment problems to Account Manager or General Manager
  • Report inquiries and incidents promptly to Account Manager and/or General Manager
  • Respond to inquiries from leads, employees, clients, and passengers professionally
  • Keep leads informed of needs and problems in assigned areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance needs
  • Project a positive image and handle inquiries courteously
  • Give clear and concise directions to leads, coordinators, warehouse, and crews
  • Attend meetings and in-services as required
  • Maintain records, training files, reports, and related documentation
  • Utilize company training materials to develop a safe and well-trained staff
  • Adhere to business attire guidelines and visibly wear identification badges
  • Follow company policies and participate in achieving company objectives
  • Use company and client equipment and resources cost-effectively
  • Perform quality assurance service audits
  • Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System
  • Implement safety plans for the station
  • Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational and safety issues
  • Participate actively in the Safety Management System
  • Perform other duties as requested
