Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Must be a team player and willing to develop others

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve guest complaints
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales and capitalize on business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity
- Oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
