Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with some assistance
  • Must be a team player and willing to develop others

  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Commitment to great guest service
  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve guest complaints
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
