Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurant industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league-related administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Motivate and lead team members to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- Assist in managing and expanding Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
