Job Requirements
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years food and beverage management experience
- Experience in fast food or quick service industries preferred
- Knowledge of alcohol service and age restrictions
- Ability to work in a noisy and busy environment
- Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, stand, walk extensively
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints
- Availability for full-time employment

Job Duties
- Conducts food preparation including portion sizes and presentation under F&B Manager/GM direction
- Assists in scheduling and receiving food and beverage deliveries and verifying quality and quantity
- Aids in creating employee schedules and assigning duties
- Investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Ensures compliance with alcohol serving and age restriction policies
- Maintains floor presence for at least 90% of the shift to support sales and troubleshoot issues
- Opens and closes the store and department according to company guidelines
- Trains, coaches, and disciplines department staff when requested
- Creates department schedules, task assignments, and manages breaks/lunches as instructed
- Attends weekly staff meetings to discuss operational issues and solutions
- Conducts till checks, refunds, and price adjustments according to policy
- Sets performance goals with upper management
- Learns and enforces company policies affecting the department
- Monitors employee performance with trainers and management
- Achieves department sales goals through effective policy execution
