Job Requirements
- Six or more years of professional experience
- four or more years in a food service role
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent job-related experience
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines
- supervisory and team management skills desirable

Job Duties
- Supervises team members in their area of responsibility
- consults with members of management to make changes as needed to improve services
- follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures
- upholds standards for food quality, service, sanitation, and cash handling
- communicates using Smile Plus skills and coaches team members on hospitality imperatives
- assists in purchasing foods and supplies
- maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and resolve problems
- ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- treats team members with fairness and respect
- has input into hiring, performance appraisal, and discipline under management oversight
- orients and trains staff
- presents inservice training programs
- communicates regularly with staff and holds team meetings
- enforces safety and sanitation standards
- monitors cleaning procedures
- maintains morale and resolves team conflicts
- assists in planning and executing catered events
- opens and closes the department
- demonstrates responsibility for department security
- performs hands-on tasks as required
- maintains self-development and professional growth plan
