Job Requirements

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Solid communication skills
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurants
- Strong team player with talent development ability

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving guest complaints
- Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform administrative duties
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team using their strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- Assist in managing and expanding the Food & Beverage program to maintain quality and guest satisfaction, provide ongoing training and supervision
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
