Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and support food and beverage management and expansion
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
