Job Requirements

available to work evenings, nights, and weekends within the metro area
ability to work up to a ten hour shift standing or walking
capable of lifting up to forty pounds during a workday
effective communication skills with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

minimum of one year experience as a shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining, or quick service restaurant
demonstrated leadership skills including coaching and motivating a team
experience with financial management such as inventory control and labor management
strong attention to detail and time management
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
