Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in supervisory roles within fast-paced environments
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations
  • Commitment to maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience managing high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple restaurant locations simultaneously
  • Proven track record in meeting operational goals and managing budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Run profitable restaurants and ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with General Managers and create plans to achieve those goals
  • Lead and support a team of General Managers across multiple restaurant locations
  • Monitor and manage restaurant Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial performance
  • Coach and provide guidance to General Managers to improve restaurant operations
  • Assist in hiring and developing Department, Shift, and salaried Managers
  • Foster a strong team environment focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
