Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Experience managing multiple restaurant locations is preferred
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
Ability to work flexible hours
Exceptional problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience
Experience running high volume locations
Background in quick service restaurants or related industries such as hospitality or retail
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience managing profit and loss

Job Duties

Run profitable restaurant operations
Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Set and achieve restaurant goals with General Managers
Provide coaching and direction to General Managers
Manage profit and loss responsibilities for the restaurants
Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
Support the hiring and development of salaried managers
