Job Duties
- run profitable restaurant operations
- ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- collaborate with General Managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- manage multiple restaurants and lead General Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant performance
- assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- manage financial aspects including P&L statements
