Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic financial management understanding

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail sectors desirable
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of restaurant operations
  • Effective coaching and communication skills
  • Capability to develop and mentor management teams

Job Duties

  • Run profitable restaurants ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with restaurant leaders and General Managers to set and achieve goals
  • Lead multiple General Managers by providing coaching, setting targets, and monitoring progress
  • Manage the restaurants' Profit and Loss statements effectively
  • Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
  • Hire and develop salaried managers
  • Ensure restaurants have strong leadership teams for future success
