Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic financial management understanding
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail sectors desirable
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage financial aspects of restaurant operations
- Effective coaching and communication skills
- Capability to develop and mentor management teams
Job Duties
- Run profitable restaurants ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with restaurant leaders and General Managers to set and achieve goals
- Lead multiple General Managers by providing coaching, setting targets, and monitoring progress
- Manage the restaurants' Profit and Loss statements effectively
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- Hire and develop salaried managers
- Ensure restaurants have strong leadership teams for future success
