Job Requirements

- prior supervisory experience

Job Duties
- run profitable restaurant operations
- ensure restaurants meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals with leadership
- create plans to achieve goals
- lead and manage General Managers in multiple restaurants
- help General Managers set and follow up on their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant performance
- manage restaurants P&L effectively
- assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- hire and develop salaried managers
