Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work with and lead multiple restaurant teams
- Experience in restaurant operations management
- Strong financial acumen for managing P&L
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience running high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred or experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and develop operational plans
- Proven capability to manage profit and loss (P&L)
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Adept at hiring and developing management teams
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work closely with restaurant leaders and General Managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead a team of General Managers across multiple restaurants providing coaching and direction
- Manage restaurant profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial success
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- Hire and develop salaried managers
- Support restaurants in continuous operational improvement
