Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work with and lead multiple restaurant teams
  • Experience in restaurant operations management
  • Strong financial acumen for managing P&L
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred or experience in hospitality or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop operational plans
  • Proven capability to manage profit and loss (P&L)
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Adept at hiring and developing management teams

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work closely with restaurant leaders and General Managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead a team of General Managers across multiple restaurants providing coaching and direction
  • Manage restaurant profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial success
  • Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
  • Hire and develop salaried managers
  • Support restaurants in continuous operational improvement
