Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • willingness to assist in hiring and developing staff

Job Qualifications

  • previous supervisory experience managing high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to manage multiple restaurant locations
  • effective communication and team management abilities
  • proficiency in handling restaurant operations and financial management

Job Duties

  • run profitable restaurants and ensure the restaurant meets customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with restaurant leaders and general managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead a team of general managers across multiple locations
  • provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant performance
  • manage restaurant profit and loss (P&L)
  • assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
  • hire and develop salaried managers
