Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in managing financial statements

Job Qualifications
- previous supervisory experience running high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- work with restaurant leaders and general managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead a team of general managers across multiple restaurants
- provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant operations
- manage restaurant profit and loss statements
- assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
- hire and develop salaried managers
