Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience

Job Qualifications

  • previous supervisory experience running high volume locations

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
  • work with restaurant leaders and general managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead a team of general managers across multiple restaurants
  • provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant operations
  • manage restaurant profit and loss statements
  • assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
  • hire and develop salaried managers
