Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior supervisory experience
ability to lead and motivate teams
strong organizational skills
excellent communication skills
proficiency in managing financial statements
flexibility to work varied hours
commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

previous supervisory experience running high volume locations
experience in quick service restaurants preferred
background in hospitality or retail is a plus
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to manage multiple teams
problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties

run a profitable restaurant and ensure customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
work with restaurant leaders and general managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
lead a team of general managers across multiple restaurants
provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant operations
manage restaurant profit and loss statements
assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
hire and develop salaried managers
