Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
- ability to manage multiple restaurant locations
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
- strong understanding of financial statements and P&L
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous supervisory experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- experience in setting operational goals and performance monitoring
- knowledge of profit and loss management
- ability to provide effective coaching and direction
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- collaborate with general managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead a team of general managers across multiple restaurants
- provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant performance
- manage restaurants profit and loss (P&L)
- assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
- oversee hiring and development of salaried managers
