Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
  • ability to manage multiple restaurant locations
  • excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • strong understanding of financial statements and P&L
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous supervisory experience in high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • experience in setting operational goals and performance monitoring
  • knowledge of profit and loss management
  • ability to provide effective coaching and direction
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • collaborate with general managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead a team of general managers across multiple restaurants
  • provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant performance
  • manage restaurants profit and loss (P&L)
  • assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
  • oversee hiring and development of salaried managers
