Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior managerial or supervisory experience in quick service restaurant or related industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • previous supervisory experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple teams across locations
  • capability to analyze financial statements and drive profitability
  • skills in coaching and staff development

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
  • collaborate with restaurant leaders and general managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and manage general managers in multiple restaurants providing coaching and direction
  • manage the profit and loss statements for assigned restaurants
  • assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
  • support hiring and development of salaried managers
  • oversee operational and team development to ensure high performance
