Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior managerial or supervisory experience in quick service restaurant or related industry
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- previous supervisory experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple teams across locations
- capability to analyze financial statements and drive profitability
- skills in coaching and staff development
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- collaborate with restaurant leaders and general managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and manage general managers in multiple restaurants providing coaching and direction
- manage the profit and loss statements for assigned restaurants
- assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
- support hiring and development of salaried managers
- oversee operational and team development to ensure high performance
