Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles managing restaurant operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Capacity to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Understanding of restaurant financials including P&L statements
  • Willingness to comply with franchise policies and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in high-volume restaurants
  • Background in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with profit and loss management
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by ensuring adherence to McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with General Managers to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and manage a team of General Managers across multiple restaurants
  • Monitor progress and provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant operations
  • Manage profit and loss responsibilities to ensure financial performance
  • Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers as well as salaried managers
  • Foster an environment of growth, teamwork, and high performance within the management team
