Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant by ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- work with General Managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead multiple General Managers across different locations
- manage restaurant profit and loss statements
- assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant operations
- support hiring and development of salaried managers
