Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants

Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues
  • assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team and influence them through effective motivation, leveraging the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working with your team side by side every day
  • assist in overseeing the management and expansion of your center’s food and beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in dining offerings, provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by your center
