Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage or restaurants
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints actively
  • Execute marketing strategies to boost sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead, motivate, and work alongside team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary
