- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage or restaurants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints actively
- Execute marketing strategies to boost sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead, motivate, and work alongside team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- Oversee and expand food and beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary
