- Experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong leadership skills

Job Duties
- Run profitable restaurant operations
- Ensure restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with General Managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and coach General Managers across multiple locations
- Manage restaurants' profit and loss (P&L) statements
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- Hire and develop salaried managers
