Job Requirements
- high school diploma required
- experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- ensure exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand the center's food and beverage program
- work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
