Job Requirements

- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant industry
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle some lifting with assistance

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service, solicit guest feedback and resolve complaints
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and handle league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- motivate and lead team members to maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity
- assist in managing the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
