Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality or related fields
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical ability to walk bend stand for extended periods and lift with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform administrative duties for leagues
- Assist in recruiting hiring training and scheduling hourly center staff
- Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working side by side with the team every day
- Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of the center's Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction providing ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- Work flexible shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed by the center
