Job Requirements

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and operational productivity
- Oversee and expand the center's food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
