Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to work well in a team
  • Demonstrated leadership potential
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff
  • Lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and operational productivity
  • Oversee and expand the center's food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
