Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years relevant experience in hospitality or food and beverage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Capable of lifting objects with assistance
- Team player with leadership potential
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant industry

- Proven ability to develop and lead teams

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and perform league administrative duties
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling center staff
- Lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity
- Assist in managing and expanding the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
