Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience in food services or a related field
- must have a minimum of one year of experience supervising or leading teams
- must possess knowledge of the Tri-Service Standards
- must have basic computer knowledge
- must understand oral and/or written instructions and speak and write English fluently
- must rotate workweek hours to ensure observation of all shifts
- must interact appropriately with customers and team members
- must have good management communication and people skills
- must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contracts
- must be able to pass organization screening requirements including background screenings
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in food services or related field
- minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience
- knowledge of Tri-Service Standards
- basic computer skills including Excel and Word
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food service operations
- manage and perform duties in assigned areas
- provide quality customer service
- ensure compliance with Tri-Service Standards
- lead and supervise food service teams
- maintain sanitation and medical standards
- rotate workweek hours to cover all shifts
