Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity
- Oversee and promote the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
