Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality food and beverage or restaurant roles
- strong communication skills
- ability to work varied hours including weekends holidays and extended shifts
- capacity to stand walk and bend for long periods and lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties
- be a champion for guests consistently delivering exceptional service solicit valuable feedback actively resolve guest complaints
- capitalize on business opportunities executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform associated administrative duties
- assist in recruiting hiring training and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity work side by side with the team daily
- assist in managing and expanding the center's food and beverage program ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives
- work varied shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed by the center
