Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand, and occasionally lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and address feedback
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate staff to maximize productivity
- oversee food and beverage program management
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
