Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff
- motivate and lead team members through effective management
- oversee and expand the center's food and beverage program
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
