Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve guest complaints
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
- Motivate and lead the team by leveraging individual strengths to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand the center's Food & Beverage program ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
