Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve guest complaints
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
  • Motivate and lead the team by leveraging individual strengths to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand the center's Food & Beverage program ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
