Job Duties
- be a champion for guest service and resolve complaints effectively
- capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies
- maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league operations
- assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling center staff
- lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand the center’s food and beverage program ensuring quality standards
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
