Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some supervisory or management experience in shift work environment
- verbal and written communications skills
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must have reliable telephone and transportation
- treat all information as confidential
- possess tact to deal with all levels of situations
- able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend through shift
- pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- complete criminal background check
- able to read, understand, direct and carry out instructions in English
- meet requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
- be a U.S. citizen or have necessary INS authorization
- resolve problems with employees and passengers when necessary

Job Duties
- Perform all duties of subordinate employees when necessary
- be familiar with all pertinent regulations
- schedule personnel daily and obtain written approval for overtime
- monitor employee activity and make adjustments
- ensure employees follow all regulations and procedures
- check in/out sheets for timekeeping accuracy
- deal fairly and professionally with employees
- communicate effectively with employees and clients
- make recommendations on personnel performance
- report safety hazards and equipment problems
- report incidents and emergencies
- respond timely and courteously to inquiries
- keep leads informed and maintain work area cleanliness
- project a positive image to clients and staff
- give clear direction and feedback to leads and crews
- attend meetings and in-services
- maintain records and reports
- utilize training materials to develop staff
- adhere to business attire and identification requirements
- follow company policies and participate in company objectives
- use equipment and supplies cost-effectively
- perform quality assurance audits
- implement safety management systems
- maintain quality assurance oversight on performance and safety
- participate actively in safety programs
- perform other duties as requested
