Job Qualifications
- high school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurant settings

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and manage guest feedback
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers while performing league administrative duties
- assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff
- motivate and lead team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand the center's Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
