Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality food and beverage or restaurants
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to lead and motivate a team
- physical ability to perform typical entertainment environment duties including walking standing bending and lifting with assistance

Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
- assist in recruiting hiring training and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead the team through effective motivation leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- assist in managing and expanding food and beverage programs ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
