Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in business management, hospitality management, food-related service, or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in retail, food services, or dining operations
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lead and manage others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and point-of-sale procedures
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop staff
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Serv-Safe and other applicable certifications required within 12 months of hire

Job Duties
- Supports the day-to-day operations of a retail dining location
- Ensures exceptional customer service and maintains food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
- Leads and supervises student employees, including training and scheduling
- Acts as liaison between students, staff, and dining management
- Assists with inventory control, product ordering, and restocking
- Manages point-of-sale transactions and daily financial reconciliation
- Maintains cleanliness and adherence to sanitation guidelines
- Resolves customer complaints professionally
- Coordinates maintenance of retail-service equipment
- Performs other assigned duties
