Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of commercial construction experience
Experience as a Superintendent in a general contracting environment
Proven ability to manage projects valued between $5 million and $30 million or more
Demonstrated skills in scheduling and subcontractor coordination
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure
