Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years progressive culinary experience
- at least one year experience as Lead Cook or Sous Chef
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- capability to manage kitchen operations
- strong problem-solving skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage hourly and back-of-house kitchen staff
- assist in day-to-day operations including production, prep, stewarding, purchasing and receiving
- train line cooks to prepare menu items consistently according to recipes
- lead the kitchen effectively in the absence of the Executive Chef
- maintain and inspire a cohesive team
- proactively solve kitchen-related challenges
- ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
