Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1-year serving experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a busy restaurant environment
- strong knowledge of Tex-Mex or similar cuisine preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- positive attitude and team player mindset
- basic math skills for handling payments and tips
- familiarity with point of sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- present menus and guide guests through the menu options
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- proactively monitor guests’ moods and address any issues
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
