Job Requirements
- minimum age requirement as per state law
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have legal authorization to work
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine or regional American dishes preferred
- ability to work in a team and independently
- problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests courteously and promptly
- present menu items and describe daily specials
- take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
- monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues quickly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- process guest payments and handle cash or card transactions
- adhere to health and safety regulations
