Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous serving experience in a restaurant setting
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina
- willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a team
- knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine is a plus
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- basic math skills for order and payment processing
Job Duties
- greet and escort guests to their tables
- present menus and explain daily specials
- take accurate food and drink orders
- serve food and beverages promptly
- monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- process payments and handle cash transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
