Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine or willingness to learn

- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Present and explain menu items to guests, including specials and promotions
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively checking in and addressing any issues promptly
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the dining room
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience
