- previous customer service or serving experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- basic math skills for processing payments
- availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with enthusiasm
- present and describe menu items, making recommendations
- take accurate food and beverage orders promptly
- monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
- handle payments and process transactions efficiently
