Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of serving experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant
- strong knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine or willingness to learn
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with enthusiasm
- guide guests through the menu and educate them about Tex-Mex cuisine
- take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen
- serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- monitor guests' satisfaction and promptly address any issues
- process payments and handle cash or card transactions carefully
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
