Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in food service or hospitality
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- experience in a similar serving role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- describe menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- take and accurately enter customer orders
- serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- monitor guests’ satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
- handle payments and balance cash register
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
