Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate clearly and listen actively
- experience working in a team environment
- availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role
- knowledge or passion for Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- positive and enthusiastic attitude
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
- guide guests through the menu and educate them on Tex-Mex cuisine
- proactively assess guests’ satisfaction and happiness
- address any potential issues promptly
- maintain a clean and organized service area
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
